Dipo Odeyemi is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of CAVIDEL Limited. Prior to his role in CAVIDEL, he was one of the pioneering staff of Nigeria’s foremost Debt Capital Market Securities Exchange (FMDQ OTC Securities Exchange) where he was responsible to build the Market Operations & Technology Division as a Senior Vice President (SVP).
He holds an Executive Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, both from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria.
He is a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) and Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), USA.
He is also a certified PRINCE2 (Project Management) Practitioner and certified by the British Computer Society on the use of best practice methodologies in Information Technology Service Management.
He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, where he attended the Senior Management Program (SMP 37) and was elected as the president of his class. He attended international conferences in Amsterdam and Kenya where he provided insights as a panellist on securing the inter-bank market using over-the-counter securities exchange structure.
Dipo’s twenty-eight (28) years work experience cuts across diverse industry sectors, including Financial Markets, Banking, Consulting and Technology Services.
Dipo’s experience extended to the National level when he worked as the pioneer project manager with other stakeholders in the Nigerian banking industry to implement an industry-wide Biometric Verification Number (BVN) system. During his service at FMDQ, he developed and implemented the first secure OTC derivatives trading and clearing system in Nigeria (FMDQ Futures Trading & Reporting System – FFTRS) used by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) to activate the Naira-settled OTC FX Futures market.
Bolaji Odeyemi is passionate about excellent medical service delivery with particular interest in eye care. She worked as an ophthalmic medical officer at Life Support Eye Clinic, Opebi Lagos between 2001 and 2003 before proceeding for her postgraduate fellowship in Ophthalmology at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital Idi-Araba Lagos. She became a fellow of the National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria and West African College of Surgeons, faculty of Ophthalmology in 2009. She practiced as a consultant Ophthalmologist at Premiere Eye Centre, Victoria Island Lagos for five (5) years. In 2009 she established Vision Capital Eye Hospital where she is currently the Medical Director and practices as a full time Ophthalmologist.
Funmi (Ologuntoye) Benson is a seasoned IT professional with analytical and system development skills. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from Obafemi Awolowo University, and a master’s degree in Information Technology & Health Informatics from Southern New Hampshire University, she also has CISA, SCRUM and Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications under her belt.
Experienced Information System Auditor with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. She is skilled in Computer Science, Technical Documentation, Information System Audit, Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK), and Software Testing.
Damilola is a google certified digital marketing expert. She is a flexible writer with years of experience in writing for a variety of web and multi-platform applications. In addition, she is involved in creating better interfaces and experiences for end users, and making the web, applications, and technology easier for users. She uses design and quality content to simplify communication barriers by bridging the gap between end-users, designers, and developers.
Wande is a software developer with over 6 years’ experience leveraging data structures, algorithms, and programming techniques to provide technical solutions to business problems. He is highly committed and motivated in getting software products/features to market. Employing iterative and agile approaches to corporate strategy, fostering creative critical thinking and collaboration to further the overall value proposition.

Akinseinde Mercy Ifeoluwa is a young researcher with 4 years of experience working in technology start-ups and expertise in building and improving people, product, and experience through research. Mercy holds a BSc in Management Information Systems from Covenant University and an MSc in Information Systems Management from the University of Salford in Manchester. Mercy leads the Consulting and Research team at CAVIDEL Limited. Also, Mercy is a research affiliate with Women in Global Health (WGH) Nigeria, with a research interest in User Experience Research, Human-Centred Interaction (HCI) and research work on Digital Health and Transformative Leadership in Global Health.
